Even this year the traditional Valentine’s Day<\/strong> with the series of events “Verona in Love<\/strong> – Dolcemente in Love<\/strong>” is back. “If you love someone, bring them to Verona!” is the slogan of the event that will take place from 9th to 17th February 2019. Therefore, the weekends dedicated to love has doubled, in order to give more people the opportunity to live an unique and special Valentine’s Day<\/strong>. PIAZZA BRA\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Let’s start with the big news of 2019<\/strong>: a fantastic view of Verona<\/strong> from above and an exciting kiss in the clouds<\/strong>…on board a real hot<\/strong> air balloon<\/strong>! The event is in Piazza Bra<\/strong> (the square of the famous Arena of Verona<\/strong>) from 9th to 14th February<\/strong>, from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and then from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Without a sweet touch, what kind of love would it be? So, let yourself be tempted by the thousand varieties of chocolate and pastry desserts proposed by the stands in Via Roma<\/strong>, the road that leads from Piazza Bra<\/strong> to Castelvecchio<\/strong>, which are opened from 9th to 14th February. For a perfect romantic dinner, many restaurants are ready to pamper you with the “Due cuori a tavola<\/strong>” (\u201cTwo hearts at the table\u201d) initiative, a themed menu created specifically for the occasion.<\/p>\n

TORRE DEI LAMBERTI AND PIAZZA DEI SIGNORI<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Where to go for a perfect couple aperitif? Verona<\/strong> has also thought of this: a romantic “high altitude” aperitif<\/strong> on Torre dei Lamberti<\/strong>, with special discounts for couples, and a breath-taking view of Verona<\/strong> from above. For the occasion, Torre dei Lamberti<\/strong> will be all lit up red, the colour of love and passion.<\/p>\n
